Infrastructure & Development

From national priority to operating asset.

We develop and integrate energy and infrastructure projects for governments and project owners, managing the partners, contractors and supply that delivery requires.

Our role

Developer and integrator

Large projects fail at the seams: between the ministry and the contractor, the lender and the engineer, the plan and the supply chain. Our work is to close those seams.

  • As developer, we help originate and structure a project: scope, feasibility, partners, financing path and delivery plan.
  • As integrator, we assemble and manage the engineering, construction, technology and operating firms that deliver it, and we report to the owner as one team.
  • As supplier, we provide equipment and commodities where a project needs them, including renewable energy products.
Sectors

Nine sectors, one integrated team

Power Generation

Development and delivery management for new generating capacity, including fuel supply planning.

Renewable Energy

Solar and other renewable projects, from site and offtake structure through equipment supply and construction oversight.

Recycling & Waste

Facilities that turn municipal and industrial waste streams into recovered materials, connected to our metals trading desk.

Housing

Large residential programs where speed, cost per unit and logistics decide the outcome.

Healthcare & Senior Living

Hospitals and retirement communities, coordinated with clinical operators and equipment providers.

Toll Roads

User-funded road projects structured with the public authority and delivered through qualified contractors.

Cargo Airports & Free Zones

Air cargo facilities paired with free-zone development to anchor trade and logistics activity.

Rail

Freight and passenger rail projects, including the rolling stock, systems and civil works packages.

Metro Transit

Urban transit programs managed across multiple contractors and phases.

Process

How a project moves

  1. Identify. Define the need with the government or owner and confirm it is a priority with a sponsor.
  2. Structure. Scope, feasibility, commercial model, and the path to financing.
  3. Assemble. Select and contract the engineering, construction, technology and operating partners.
  4. Deliver. Manage schedule, cost, quality and reporting through construction.
  5. Operate or hand over. Commission the asset and transfer it, or stay involved in operations where agreed.
Partners

Partners we bring to a project

We work with specialist firms in clean energy, building technology, engineering and construction. Partners are selected per project and named to the client during scoping.

The right fit

Where we add the most value

We focus on national and regional programs where several disciplines have to work as one. If a project is smaller, we will say so early and, where we can, point you to a better-suited partner.

  • A government or creditworthy owner as counterparty
  • A defined need and a named sponsor
  • A viable path to financing
  • Scope that benefits from one integrated team
